The final was switched to DHSS 2 after UNATS 2 experienced some problems getting into their own venue.
** The actual score in this match was GLCC 2 3–2 Treasury 2. However, three of the players fielded by Treasury 2 were ineligible as they had already played for Treasury 3 in an earlier round of the Post Annual Cup. Accordingly Treasury 2 forfeited the match. The result was adjusted to GLCC 2 4–0 Treasury 2 (it would have been 6–0 but GLCC 2 defaulted two boards). The individual results still count for grading purposes.
